The 24 teams competing in the 2023 Davis Cup by Rakuten Qualifiers have confirmed the players for the ties on either 3-4 or 4-5 February. 

World No.3 Casper Ruud of Norway, Germany's Alexander Zverev and Austrian No.1, Dominic Thiem will all be back in Davis Cup action as well as world No.3 doubles player, Rajeev Ram of USA. The possible Davis Cup debut of Sweden's Leo Borg, son of Bjorn Borg, could also be one of the highlights of the weekend.
